Tamara is a recruitment and talent leader with 15+ years of experience across industries such as infrastructure, construction, IT, and education. Her expertise spans strategic sourcing, EVP branding, ATS implementation, workforce planning, executive search, and redeployment.  Tamara is dedicated to helping organizations build high-performing teams, streamline recruitment processes, and enhance the candidate experience through innovative talent solutions.

Lead Search Specialist

Ellie is a recruitment and talent specialist who is experienced in talent acquisition, strategic sourcing, learning and development, and systems implementation and analysis in both internal and RPO functions across Australia and New Zealand.

Ellie is passionate about all things talent acquisition, but above all else - and the reason she found herself in the realm of talent acquisition in the first place - is about ensuring that all candidates and hiring managers have the best possible experience and support when it comes to engagement and onboarding.
